I owe the idea for this shot to Kris. I was already taking portrait shots of Thane and it just happened to work out that way. I didn't do any editing to these photos with the exception of cropping on one to make it better match the positioning of the other.

Andy, Your photography is amazing. I love the shots you got at Bannack you caught some great pictures. I think you're really good at editing portraits and taking them. The angles and colors you brought out in pictures looks great. Great pictures, they look very professional!

I really like your close up of Thane showing different depths of field. It can be a little hard to come up with a shot for this that really stands out, but I think yours does that and more. I love how both of your shots have a feeling of uncertainty, created by the part you purposely faded out. I really like the shot your got of the school, that was from the second floor of the hotel right? I really appreciated some of your suggestion and all the great advice you give me on my blog. Great job!
